What is Mojo Pilates
Our classes are small, friendly mixed ability groups and suitable for beginners and pre & postnatal ladies. We ensure that each and every person has the required level of coaching and support for them to get the most from their Pilates journey.
Our aim at Mojo Pilates is to rehabilitate, educate and empower; supporting and encouraging people to maximise their posture, function and movement.
Our classes and workshops also teach those with injuries and conditions how to manage their symptoms most effectively using appropriate exercises, how to regain the confidence they may have lost and ultimatley how to improve their quality of life.
We also offer Physio-Led Mindful Movement classes and workshops.These are a real treat, where you are guided in practicing self-care using mindfulness, movement and meditation. Allow your mind and body to rest, reset and reconnect.
The latest Mindfulness techniques are combined with beautiful flowing movements that are designed to ease tension and help release energy blockages in the body, followed by a guided relaxation. See class our workshop timetable for more details about these sessions.
